Conner Kelly

Conner is an experienced operator with a background in building and running service businesses. Most recently, he served as a senior leader within Apex Service Partners, one of the largest home services groups in the country. Earlier in his career, Conner worked in consulting, supporting businesses through growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Prior to his business career, Conner served as a Green Beret in the United States Army Special Forces, completing two combat deployments to Syria. He later discovered his passion in the skilled trades—working with great people, solving real problems and building strong teams.

Conner lives in Southern California with his wife and daughter. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.

Tom Sietsema

Tom has investment banking, corporate development and portfolio operations experience, and has served as both CFO and COO of multiple private equity-backed companies. Most recently, he held a leadership role at a long-term holding company focused on acquiring and operating services businesses. Prior to his operating roles, Tom worked at RenaissanceRe, a global provider of reinsurance and insurance services. There, he contributed to corporate development, managed direct investments and supported the senior team responsible for over $10B of alternative reinsurance capital.

Tom began his career in finance at Credit Suisse in the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was a member of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a civil affairs specialist and foreign military advisor in Afghanistan.

Tom lives in north Texas with his wife and daughter. He is an active member of his church, an aspiring hunter and amateur photographer for his family.
